As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will use ultrasound to visualize internal cardiac structures, obtain measurements of cardiac valves, ventricle and left atrium and visualize blood flow. Assist the physician with complex ultrasound procedures.  Promote the smooth and efficient operation of the Cardiopulmonary Department through the appropriate utilization and management of all clerical functions within the department document handling and disposition, interpersonal relationships and information gathering and dispersion. Education and Work Experience

  1. RVT(ARDMS), RVS (CCI) or VS (ARRT) certification required within 90 days of hire and maintain.
  2. Graduate an accredited vascular ultrasound program or current certification as identified in #1 and graduation within 90 days of hire.
  3. Current experience preferred.
  4. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
  5. Proficient computer skills.
