Job Description

Responsibilities Candidate will be able to service customers with installation of low-voltage forms of cabling, dial tone, of communication networks, while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, this candidate will have to pull, install and repair all low-voltage type cabling such as voice, data, coaxial, fiber optic, etc. Candidate must also have great communication skills to interface with clients, and work well with a team or own their own.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

High School Diploma is required. Candidate will provide service and support for a multifacility Avaya telephone system and an Avaya voice mail system along with moves and changes and all telecommunications related issues.  The candidate should proficient with Avaya 8720’s  and Avaya Partner systems.  Candidate must also have great communication skills to interface with clients, and work well with a team or own their own.
