Job Description


The TA Branding Analyst will be responsible for generating high-quality and engaging content, analyzing data through Google Analytics, as well as managing and addressing comments received on social platforms. In addition, the Strategist will identify opportunities to engage with our customers and deliver best in class customer support and brand engagement. The successful TA Branding Analyst will own and drive strategic branding initiatives across the Prime talent acquisition team in order to help promote Prime as a top talent destination.
Support the Corporate Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team to attract great creative talent and expanding the overall employer brand. Employer brand experience is a must! Key Functional Areas: Talent branding, employee engagement, recruiting. Strong understanding of branding and Talent Acquisition strategy. Exceptional communication, problem solving, project management and leadership skills. Will also perform other duties as assigned.


Required qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree

  • Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
  • Proficiency with social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest, Glassdoor and Twitter, while managing responses on employer review sites
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing, presentation and communication skills with internal and external audience as well as excellent verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with social content management systems (CMS) and analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • 2 years of experience developing/ designing technical content or talent attraction (recruitment ads)
  • Experience working with Corporate Communication, Digital Marketing, and Human Resources
  • Have managed large numbers of competing priorities and changing directions quickly
  • Experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources required

    Preferred qualifications:

    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing social media business processes.
    • Experience with iCIMS
    • Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
