Shift: Varied

 

The Supervisor of Security implements security services, including electronic surveillance, and systematic manual Public Safety/Security Officers’ rounds. Coordinates facility response to various potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors. Enforces policy & procedure, ensuring equitable enforcement. Establishes guidelines and perpetual monitoring techniques, towards establishing a safe workplace for employees and a safe environment of care . Works with the Environment of Care committee to ensure a multi-disciplinary approach to security and safety. Participates in employee awareness and education., Driving as needed for company business.Implements Security services, including electronic surveillance, and systematic manual Public Safety/Security Officers’ rounds. Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2. BVP within 6 months of hire and maintain current annually.
3. One (1) year experience in a lead security position preferred.

4. State Driver’s license upon hire required. 

 

Employees must be in their current position for a minimum of six calendar months and not received any disciplinary action within the last six months to apply and be considered for a transfer.
