As our new Float Pool RN, your love for variety will be satisfied by floating among all our floors with an emphasis on Critical Care, Telemetry and Emergency. We are looking for RN’s who are independent, flexible and confident of their skills. We provide an awesome orientation, advanced training and strong leadership/mentors; An excellent opportunity to enhance your skills. You will also be part of a close, very collaborative and supportive Nursing Team. As if all the above wasn’t enough, we also provide a very competitive compensation rate.

Education and Work Experience

  1. Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
  2. Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
  3. Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
  4. Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physicians office preferred
Facility Specific Requirements (facility may require items listed below):

  1. Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire and maintain current.
