Responsibilities

The Regional Talent Acquisition Manager leads a team of recruiters that will work with internal human resources teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts through sourcing of active/passive candidates. Collaborating with HR leaders in the Division to ensure open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost effective manner. Will oversee recruiting processes and systems and manage vendor relations.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience
 
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business/Human resources or 6 years of recruitment experience.
  • At least 3 years of healthcare experience.
  • 5-7 years of professional recruiting experience.
  • Experience with ATS systems.
  • Strong negotiation and candidate closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications skills, confidentiality, and time management skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced and team environment.
  • Ability to coach leaders and drive optimum outcomes.
  • Driven and goal oriented, results-focused and high achiever.
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports.
    Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree
