Overview

**Please note this position is a Regional role and will require travel to San Diego, Inland Empire and Los Angeles**

 

The Regional HR Manager will work closely with the facility to align business objectives with employees and management. Will partner with Management and Executives to address operational, talent, and talent lifecycle-related issues, including change management, organizational development, culture, employee relations, workforce planning, talent growth, development, and coaching. The position serves as a consultant to designated business units on human resource-related issues. Provides subject matter expert guidance to staff and employee relations, to include but not limited to the following: performance management, investigations, corrective action, grievances, and contract negotiations. Mediates conflict and supports constructive resolutions. Provides thoughtful and accurate HR policy/guidelines interpretation, to include balancing risk and business needs. Gathers metrics and uses data analytics to understand and identify business issues and drive recommendations. Coaches and develops leaders and managers to deliver people-management capabilities. Partner with other departments (Legal, Risk, Quality, Compliance, etc.) to facilitate the implementation of major corporate initiatives.

The (RHRBP) proactively translates business strategies into HR solutions that best enable the organization to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications


  • A Bachelor's degree is required, or 5-7 years prior HR experience required.

  • Human Resources experience resolving complex employee relations issues, or any similar combination.

  • Extensive working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines principles and employee relations, performance management, employee/management training and development, safety, and policy & procedure development.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local governmental regulatory compliance and employment/labor laws.

  • All information encountered is considered highly confidential and sensitive and must be handled appropriately and in compliance with company/department policy, guidelines and practices.

  • Previous Project Management experience

  • Ability to concentrate and show attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Must have hospital Healthcare experience.
