As our new Regional Director of Physician Services, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our employed physician enterprise. In this role, you will work with our professional officers to ensure financial success, manage growth and maintain the organization’s premier reputation in Kansas City. We are looking for someone who can review, assess and guide operations, develop and implement strategic plans, and, monitor financial and operational success criteria with a keen eye for opportunities to improve. Equally important is your ability manage the physician recruitment and business development process. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING  1. Minimum of seven years of prior experience managing in a healthcare setting that includes implementing operational plans and analyzing financial and quality data. Four years of previous experience managing multiple physician practices with an employed physician base. 2. Prefer experience with electronic health records and billing systems.
3. Experience with Epic preferred. 4. Master’s degree in health administration or other related field required.
