Job Description

Responsibilities The Program Lead (PL) is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goal.  The PL will oversee projects or tasks until their completion. S/he will help retain engagement throughout the entire process and give feedback to management. The PL will lead multiple concurrent projects, as well as provide data strategic initiatives and decisions using statistical analysis, predictive modeling and data mining.  Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. Collaborates with other staff and management to successfully build the program in a timely and cost-effective manner. The PL will be an effective collaborator and have strong knowledge of the health and medical fields.





Required qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in Medical sciences, healthcare or equivalent in clinical, biological, mathematical sciences or related field; MBA/MHA/MPH
  2. One-year experience in related field
  3. Effective and concise oral and written communication
  4. Analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Computing and the use of statistics
  6. Data analysis, evaluation and interpretation
  7. Observational skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  8. Organization, decision making and time management
  9. Experience in application development
  10. Hands-on experience in process improvement projects
  11. Cross-functional team collaboration at a corporate setting
  12. Ability to make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports
  13. Ability to critically appraise your findings
  14. Strong written and verbal communications skills
