Job Description

Responsibilities The Manager PFS is responsible for planning, organizing and influencing department activities and delivery of Business services while maintaining continuous quality improvement.  The Manager PFS maintains operation within budgetary parameters.  Effectively interacts with patients, significant others and other health team members, while maintaining standard of professional business service.  The Manager PFS is accountable to the Director of Revenue Cycle for the day-to-day management of personnel, including staffing, timekeeping, employee evaluations, counseling interviewing and selection of staff within established guidelines.

  1. Three years’ experience in health care business office
  2. Management experience required
  3. Computer and word processing skills
  4. Knowledge of equipment and machines used in the Business Office
  5. Knowledge of collection procedures and regulations
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or five to eight years relevant experience
  7. EPIC experience required
