JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction and supervision of the VP of Revenue Cycle, the Jr Business Analyst will assist in meeting with necessary revenue cycle stake-holders to document business and technical processes and transform them into actionable requirements to be used for performance monitoring and improvement opportunities. Additionally, the Business Analyst will serve as the liaison and point of contact between teams and departments to ensure the initiatives and requirements are being met.

1. Under supervision, identify revenue cycle trends utilizing real data, compile analysis reports that are delivered to Revenue Cycle staff and follow-up on all results
2. Under supervision, identify and document user requirements for business processes and abide by those requirements for future projects
3. As directed, communicate and deliver change management initiatives to all revenue cycle staff.
4. Perform quality assurance on all data and reports prior to delivery to stakeholders
5. Develop relationship with revenue cycle staff, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
6. Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to supervisors regarding improvements for product and vendor team
7. Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the appropriate end users
8. Document all new business and process improvement initiatives
9. Assist in project delivery by participating in design reviews and status meetings with all internal and third party teams
10. Proactively updates management on project or operation risks
11. Understand and manage personal access to all facility electronic medical record systems for report writing
12. Performs other duties as assigned or required.



1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
2. Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred.
3. Proficient in business software applications
4. Working knowledge of windows based personal computers
5. Strong analytical skills
