Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
 
The HR Analyst is responsible for HR analytics, reporting, project management and supporting HR management.  Directs and participates in wide variety of Human Resources programs including recruitment, selection, testing, employee benefits, human resources information systems (HRIS), classification/compensation, employee development and employee/labor relations programs and processes.  This position provides collaboration as an internal consultant on a broad range of cross-functional HR projects.

Responsibilities


  • Provides strategic and day-to-day analytical/technical support for issues that impact Human Resources


    • Collects data and conducts analysis related to compensation including job analysis, wage reviews, compensation surveys, and market analysis


      • Acts as a high-level resource to HR team members as it relates to HR technologies and analytics


        • Interprets complex rules, regulations, contracts, policies, and procedures; and applies such interpretations in the performance of assigned responsibilities


          • Designs, develops and interprets reports and dashboards which clearly and concisely show key workforce trends and problem areas. Construct reports/graphs that show status, trends, cost, volume, benchmarks, as well as opportunities for improvement in various HR activities


            • Reviews interprets and recommends policy, process and program improvements


              • Manages special projects


                • Conducts workforce analysis including retention, headcount, employee activity, compensation, performance, AAP and recruitment activity


                  • Assists with completing transactions or responding to inquires in compliance with policies, practices and procedures


                    • Performs other duties as assigned or required

                      Qualifications

                      Required qualifications:
                       

                      • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field.
                      • 5-7 years recent health care experience in a Human Resources Department.
                      • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.
                      • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.
                      • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or advanced degree preferred.
