Responsibilities The Hospitals' Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for oversight of the areas of financial operations and planning, revenue excellence, strategic financial planning and capital management, payer strategies and execution of Prime Healthcare’s financial management strategy. Will plan, develop, and implement business and financial strategies, perform analysis of operating results and new business opportunities that support strategic planning processes.

 

The Hospitals' CFO will ensure financial strategies and processes align and effectively support the achievement of the organization’s objectives. The position will develop and execute financial strategies, systems, and processes that optimize current and future financial operational performance.

 

The Hospitals' CFO will work in collaboration with senior leadership across the Markets and Systems to identify and execute financial performance improvement initiatives, including revenue optimization, expense control methods, and capital management to contribute to optimal performance and strategic positioning efforts.

Required qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or another related field.
  2. Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in a senior management role ideally with both external audit and in-house financial management experience gained in a high-growth organization.
  3. Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational change and development within a growing organization.
  4. Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate.
  5. Proven ability of being a leader who can positively and productively impact both strategic and tactical finance and administration initiatives.
  6. Superior leadership management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers.
  7. Must have excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
 

Preferred qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or another related field.
