Job Summary:  Responsible for assessment, planning, evaluation of function and occupational therapy treatment for assigned patients including but not limited to those with neurological impairment and upper extremity dysfunction, under the direction of a physician. Functions as an effective member of the interdisciplinary team in providing care to patients. Acts as a resource for patients, family members, caregivers and colleagues.

  • Desire to experience nursing from a holistic perspective

  • Reliable transportation

  • Comfortable with computer documentation

  • Minimum of two years OT experience in home health, acute care, or rehab setting

  • OT licensure in Missouri and Kansas

  • Current CPR
