Job Description

The Administrative LPN is responsible for administrative and support duties necessary to support the clinical services of the agency. In conjunction with the Clinical Manager, coordinates the delivery of patient care. Provides direct patient care when needed. Acts as support/triage person to staff regarding clinical information, personnel issues and problem solving and disseminates the information to the appropriate party. Assists Clinical Manager with handling of patient and staff communication related to orders, physician and patient follow up.

1. Completion of an LPN program from an accredited School.
2. Current Driver's License and Insurance required
3. BLS (AHA) certification required
4. Ability to organize time/work
5. Self-initiating self-motivated
6. Flexible. Able to deal with constantly changing environment.
7. Ability to communicate well with a diverse population and develop consensus with others
8. Minimum of two years acute care, rehabilitation, or home care experience. Two years general office work experience
9. Word processing and Windows environment experience required. Prefer experience with database and clinical records software.
10. Current LPN KS and MO License
