Job Description

Responsible for updating and maintaining property management databases.  Coordinate lease and transaction requests.  Will communicate with various departments to ensure all real estate transactions meet compliance and required approval level standards.  Process and scan real estate documents including property tax bills, leases, assessment notices and correspondence to be imported to databases. Assist in keeping databases updated and maintain electronic and hard files in order.  Interact with various internal departments, government offices and consultants. Will assist with verification of property records and property management, including lease renewals and rent collections. The Finance Coordinator reviews and verifies documents for completion, accuracy and validity of information.  Will assist with special projects and ability to take on new tasks.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-year of work experience or college degree/certification.
  • Minimum 1-year Yardi experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with peers, vendors and other departments.
  • Ability to prioritize, work within time constraints and detail oriented.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Office applications.
  • Able to resolve basic to intermediary problems independently.
  • Time management skills, self-motivated, well organized individual.
  • Competence in creating and analyzing basic reports.
  • Ability to read and interpret real estate and basic legal documents.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
