Job Description

Responsibilities Minimum 3yrs. Hospital experiance working within the Plant Operations Deptartment.  Familitiy with Joint Commission Standards, CMS, and NFPA regulations. Ability to interact with Hispital Staff.  Visitors and Patients. Competent with Microsft Office; Word, Excel, PwerPoint applications. Experience working with CMMS aplications used to schdeudle routine equipment maintenance and required documentation, Asset equipment INventory, and regulatroy complance testing schedules. Must have excellent communication skills to mange day to day operational needs of the Plant Operations Department. 

Education and Work Experience

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  2. 3 years experience in secretarial duties or Facilities repair & maintenance operations.
  3. Proficient with computer software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, TMS: Preventative Maintenance System, etc)
