Responsibilities

Department: Dietary

Status: Per Diem

Shift: Varied

 

Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Qualifications

1. One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred2. Previous customer service experience.3. Nutrition Background or 1 year food service experience preferred.4. High school graduate or equivalent. 5. Able to read, write and comprehend the English language and interact with patients. 6. Computer knowledge preferred. 7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills preferred.

 

Employees must be in their current position for a minimum of six calendar months and not received any disciplinary action within the last six months to apply and be considered for a transfer.
