Job Description


JOB SUMMARY: The HR Coordinator processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates and completes the I9/E-Verify. Processes status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in HRIS. Tracks and maintains all leave of absences. This includes getting appropriate medical certifications, sending appropriate correspondence, and communicating with employees within the framework of FMLA, and all other applicable regulations. Responsible for 401k plan administration. Tracks benefits deductions in HRIS and makes appropriate adjustments. Reconciliation and payment processing for monthly benefit invoices. Sends appropriate communication with regards to benefit updates and changes assists with hospital recognition programs. Assists employees with general Human Resources questions.


1. Bachelor’s degree required or 6 years of related experience.

2. Strong interpersonal communication skills required

3. Previous Human Resources experience is required.

4. Microsoft computer skills required

5. Ability to excel in a fast paced environment

Shift: 1

Legend: Shift 1=Day, 2=Evening, 3=Night, 4=Varied.
