Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for the daily intake of member and provider phone calls with regards to referrals for the employee / dependent medical benefits plan. Search PAS tool system and faxing / mailing to members and providers.

Required qualifications:

  1. Customer Service experience in a fast-paced office setting.
  2. Ability to handle a high call volume in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Working knowledge of self funded medical plans and/or Managed Care plans.
  4. Computer literate in Microsoft Office Windows
Preferred qualifications:

  1. High School Graduate or GED preferred
