Job Description

The Administrator, Self-funded Employee Health Plan, is responsible for the daily management, oversight and implementation of best practices and quality assurance for Prime Healthcare?s employee health plan on behalf of its owned and managed provider entities in a multi-state environment. Actively evaluate and analyze the workflow processes within the day to day functions of Utilization Management, Claims Management and Customer Service in order to optimize efficiencies. Develop and implement strategic processes for UR referral and authorizations, internal claims review and customer service work flow.

Candidate should have excellent time management, organizational and project management skills, superior attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to implement/reinforce deadlines. High degree of business maturity and demonstrated confidentiality. High energy level and ability to project enthusiasm, demonstrated leadership skills (coaching and mentoring), demonstrated personal accountability and staff development skills.
Worksite is Ontario, CA at the Corporate office (Guasti building) Monday ? Friday. Minimal travel may be required.
