Job Description

Overview The primary responsibilities of this role will be to track and assist with contract management. Prior experience working in a contract management system (ex: iContracts/ Ntrax) and an effective oversight of moving contracts at various stages throughout the oval process is required. 

Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant works with the Hospital Administrator/CEO, Administrative team members and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by the hospital corporation. Communicate effectively, in writing, verbally, and via telephone, with all levels of personnel and visitors. Input and retrieve computerized data.

Education and Work Experience

  1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  2. 1- 2 years secretarial experience preferred.
  3. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to compose correspondence.
  4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  5. Prior Experience working in a contract management system(ex: iContacts/NTrax)required.
  6. Effective oversight of moving contracts, at variou stages, through the approval process is required
  7. Must exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  8. Additional languages preferred.
