Job Description

Responsibilities Performs general clerical and technical work involving the preparation and maintenance of fiscal and related records. Maintains office files, account records and a variety of other records; public contact including receiving and providing information and problem solving. The Accounting Clerk performs a wide variety of clerical account keeping, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence. 



1. Graduation from High School supplemented by courses in Accounting/Finance or equivalent required.

2. A minimum of three (3) years office experience or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to achieve the job requirements, preferred.

3. Hands-on experience with Excel or Word

4. Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.
