Job Description

Responsibilities The Document Retention Specialist will perform a wide variety of office and clerical duties of moderate complexity. This position is distinguished from clerical positions such as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant by its more varied and assorted document preparation and administrative duties in support of the business office operations. Document Retention Specialist may performing various administrative, secretarial and clerical duties. Understands and follows the organization's policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs.

Education and Work Experience

  1. High School Graduate required.
  2. Three years of clerical/office experience preferred.
  3. Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
