Providence Medical Center is a faith-based, 400-bed hospital providing an extensive array of diagnostic and treatment services including surgery, heart and vascular care, Spine Center, Joint Center and Sleep Disorders Center. As our new Cardiovascular Technologist, you will serve as a member of our Cardiac Catheterization/IR team. You will assist our physicians with cardiac catheterizations, as well as, vascular procedures, pacemaker insertion and hemodynamic monitoring studies. You will also provide services applying fluoroscopy to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. Additionally, you will be part of a close, very collaborative and supportive Cath Lab team; An excellent opportunity to enhance your skills. Education and Work Experience

  • ARRT-R and license as required by State or Certified Cardiovascular Technologist (CCT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist(RCIS) required.

  • Previous experience in a Cardiovascular Lab; preferred.

  • Cardiovascular technologist training program with emphasis in invasive cardiology and hemodynamic monitoring preferred.

  • BCLS (AHA) required upon hire and maintain current.

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.

  • Proficient computer skills.
